Chocolate Easter Nests

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup Scharffen Berger 62% Cacao Semisweet Dark Chocolate Chunks
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons Scharffen Berger 100% Cacao Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 54 mini chocolate egg candies

Instructions
- Prep a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or wax paper.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter on medium-low heat.
- Once the butter has melted, add the chocolate chunks, and stir until melted.
- Add the mini marshmallows and cocoa powder and stir continuously until melted.
- Remove the pan from heat and add the crispy rice cereal, one cup at a time, until the cereal is fully coated in the chocolate marshmallow mixture.
- Working quickly, use a lightly greased medium-sized spoon or cookie scoop to portion out the mixture on the lined baking sheet.
- Make a small indent on the top of each chocolate nest using a 1/2 teaspoon measuring spoon.
- Place three small chocolate egg candies in each indent.
- Allow the nests to fully cool and set for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
