- 2 Harry & David® Royal Riviera® Pears
- 1 red bell pepper (seeded and diced)
- 12 cup red onion (minced)
- 1 jalapeño pepper (seeded and minced)
- 1 lime (zest and juice)
- 14 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- In a medium bowl, mix together the pears, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro.
