This smoothie recipe is easier to make than it looks and is a stunning addition to any Sunday brunch. Juicy, sweet Harry & David mangoes blend together with yogurt, minced fresh ginger, and coconut water to make a tropical combination for the bottom layer. The top strawberry layer is blended with banana, yogurt, ginger, and coconut water. Layered together, they form the perfect combination of flavors that's both kid- and adult-approved. It's the best way to enjoy your favorite seasonal fruit, and perfect for serving for breakfast, a snack on a hot afternoon, or even a sweet dessert.
