A treat for the eyes as well as the tongue, this rare variety of pineapple features a delicate pink flesh beneath its peel. While slightly sweeter than a typical yellow pineapple, there's also a subtle aromatic flavor that's raspberry-esque. The core is smaller in these unique fruits and is usually edible, providing you with more eye-catching fruit to add to salads, smoothies, or other tropical-themed dishes. Please note: Your pineapples will arrive without the typical crown you might expect to see; since these fruits are so rare, their crowns are removed and replanted to continue the crop.
