Pumpkin Butter Pancakes

Jessica Merchant | Breakfast, Pumpkin |American

Spice up your fall mornings with this delicious pumpkin pancakes recipe! Combining Harry & David Pumpkin Butter with a homemade pancake recipe, it's the perfect sweet breakfast to celebrate the change in seasons.

Cozy mornings are the best part of fall. There's something special about waking up on a chilly fall morning and warming up with a hot breakfast or cup of coffee. The only thing that could make those cozy mornings even better is spicing up your homemade pancakes with a little pumpkin butter to make pumpkin pancakes!

These pumpkin pancakes are the perfect fluffy, warm, fall comfort breakfast. They taste like pumpkin pie in pancake form––could anything be better? While pumpkin purée seems like an easy go-to for giving them their pumpkin flavor, using pumpkin butter makes these pancakes so much better. Since pumpkin butter starts with a pumpkin purée base and then cooks for hours with other spices, it has much more depth of flavor!

Top these pancakes with butter, syrup, or a dash of pumpkin spice. You can even pair it with a pumpkin spice latte, if you want to make the most of pumpkin season while it lasts. Serve them up for a weekday treat or Sunday morning family brunch. Tastes like fall!
